RE: REQUEST TO CANCEL RACE DAYS MAY 2, 3, 9 and 10, 2020
Horse Racing Alberta (HRA) has approved the cancellation of the race day scheduled for May 2, 3, 9 and 10 at Century Mile Racetrack and Casino due to concerns with COVID-19.
My understanding is that Horsemen's Benevolent & Protective Association of Alberta (HBPA) supports this race day cancellation.
Cancelled race days can be made up by adding a day or adding races to approved cards. Please advise HRA as races are rescheduled. A letter of approval from HRA will be required to add a race day.
