Race 3 – Jockey Dane Nelson was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the board of stewards for misuse of the riding crop. Mr. Nelson waived his right to a hearing and was issued a fine of $300.00 (third offense).
Race 5 – Jockey Kyle Carter was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the board of stewards for misuse of the riding crop. Mr. Carter waived his right to a hearing and was issued a fine of $200.00 (second offense).
Race 6 – Jockey Jose Asencio was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the board of stewards regarding the disqualification in Race 6 July 12, 2025, Mr. Asencio was held blameless, therefore no penalty was warranted.
Race 8 – Jockey Linton Steadman was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the board of stewards for misuse of the riding crop. Mr. Steadman waived his right to a hearing and was issued a fine of $200.00 (second offense).
