Race 1 – Jockey Alejandro Angeles was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the board of stewards for reporting the wrong weight. After talking with Mr. Angeles, he was issued a warning.
Race 2 – Jockey Daniel Tavares was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the board of stewards for misuse of the riding crop. After reviewing films, Mr. Tavares was issued a $300.00 fine (third offense).
Race 6 – Jockey Linton Steadman was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the board of stewards for standing up at the wire. After reviewing films and talking with Mr. Steadman he was issued a warning.
