| 4 | Stewards' inquiry and Jockey objection. #3 Jump the Queue (Mauricio Malvaez) and jockey of #2 Cottonwood (Shamaree Muir) lodged a claim of foul against #6 A Man’s Man (Desmond Bryan) leaving the chute going on to the main track. After reviewing the films and talking to the jockey’s involved it was determined that #6 A Man’s Man did drift in interfering with the #3 Jump the Queue on his inside. Race 4 - Jockey Desmond Bryan was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the board of stewards regarding the disqualification. After reviewing films and talking to Mr. Bryan, a one-day suspension (Friday, August 8) was issued.
Race 7 – Jockey Keishan Balgobin was issued a slip from the clerk of scales of an appointment with the board of stewards regarding the disqualification. After reviewing films and talking to Mr. Balgobin, a one-day suspension (Friday, August 8) was issued.
